My goal is to give you a stress free photo experience, giving families the opportunity to create a new culture around taking photos.
If you are interested in having me come to your home outside of Oregon, that is a possibility and something I love to do! It requires all of my travel costs be covered (airfare, rental car, lodging). I will be traveling to these locations in 2024 and will not have a travel fee if booked while I am there.

Sessions
My Story Sessions are 100% unposed and are the real moments of your days (I do take one posed family photo during this session). I have 3 collections to choose from. These are typically done in your home or a mix of in home and an adventure (a hike, pumpkin patch, Christmas tree farm, farmers market, etc).
How does it work?
Once you decide to work with me, then I send a questionnaire to help us both decide what time of day and activities would you want documented.
Is our life too boring?
NO! I love those mundane moments. Getting the kids ready for bed, making lunch together, playing in the back yard. These are my most treasured moments when my kids were little and I know these will be what you look back on too. So is it awkward to hang out in our house and take photos?
Nope! I promise it isn’t! I love to get to know people and spending time with families is one of my favorites. I’m introverted but I love people and who they are, so I never feel awkward just standing around with you. 🙂
Do I get the photos in color too?
I can totally do this! Just ask me for the color versions when you book me. I prefer black and white because I think it shows the emotion better and if the lighting inside isn’t ideal, then it looks better. But I don’t mind giving you the color images as well. 🙂
Do you also take video?
Yes! You can add film on to any package and you will receive a 5 – 7 minute film that you can download from your gallery and share. The link is from vimeo so it makes sharing on social much easier too.

Do you do weddings?
Yes! I was a wedding photographer for 18 years and have stepped back to pursue family and business photography, but I do take just THREE weddings a year.
